About GoodOnes

We started in a lab.
The brand came later.

GoodOnes is the consumer face of Flore — a microbiome research operation that's spent years doing the unglamorous work: sequencing guts, building a dataset, watching what actually moves the needle when somebody takes a probiotic.

23,447 guts sequenced 10 systems mapped 10 Ones live 4 sibling brands

Chapter 01

The dataset is the thesis.

The thing most probiotic companies don't have is the thing we built first. Flore's microbiome dataset — 23,447 sequenced guts and growing — is what made the rest of this brand possible.

We looked at thousands of customer outcomes mapped to thousands of strain profiles, and the pattern wasn't subtle: targeted probiotics outperformed multi-strain blends for nearly every named complaint. The marketing was backwards. Less was working better.

That's where the line is from. Not a brainstorm — a finding.

Chapter 02

The Ones are formulas. A core, plus the work.

Every "One" you see on the site is a formula: a shared Universal core of three clinically-studied strains, plus two issue-specific strains and a prebiotic matrix picked to do one job. The core is the steady crew — the studied workhorses. The two issue-specific strains are the work this bottle is named for. (The Little One is built differently — a Bifidobacterium blend made just for kids, no Universal core.)

Customer-facing, the bottle says The Regular One. Internally, that's our RELIEVE formula. The label carries both, because we're not hiding the science — we're translating it.

Strain identities are masked on this public site (you'll see codes like RGO-U1 for a core strain or RGO-S04 for an issue-specific one — genus and species shown, the proprietary strain ID held back). Published references are on file and shared with practitioners, partners, and anyone who asks.

Formulations

Made right.

Formulations — Flore Clinical

Every GoodOnes™ formula is formulated at Flore Clinical — strain selection, blend ratios, prebiotic pairing built on real outcomes data. All formulas are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility.

Chapter 03

Picked, not sold.

Most probiotic companies put a wall of SKUs in front of you and ask you to self-diagnose. We don't. You tell us five things about how you actually feel, and we pick the One — or the pair, or the full four — that the dataset says fits.

Chapter 04

One dataset. Four doors in.

GoodOnes is the DTC consumer face. The same formulary work shows up under different names for different audiences. Same science, same manufacturer, different channels.

  • Flore flore.com — the research operation. Sequencing, dataset, formulary IP. The engine.
  • CLINICAL floreclinical.com — practitioner channel. Providers prescribe the full formulary, including diagnosis-adjacent SKUs that aren't appropriate for DTC.
  • GOOD GUYS goodguysprobiotics.com — the long-running probiotics brand. The audience that found us first.
  • PATHWAYS autismprobiotics.com — the ASD-Ped formula and community. Practitioner-only, with parents in the loop.
Chapter 05

What we won't claim.

Probiotics live next to a regulatory line that a lot of brands cross. We don't. The Ones are structure/function products. They are not drugs, they don't treat disease, and we won't tell you they do.

If you have a diagnosis — IBS, ASD, post-antibiotic dysbiosis, anything else — the right door is the practitioner channel at floreclinical.com, where a provider can prescribe the formulary on your behalf.

What we will tell you: the data we have, the strains that are in there, the job they're picked to do, and the pattern in our dataset that says it fits. The Little One is formulated for children — talk to your pediatrician before starting it.

Ready when you are.

Take the quiz. We'll pick the One.
