GoodOnes™ are targeted probiotic formulas, each built for one body system. Unlike broad-spectrum supplements that blend dozens of strains with no particular job, every GoodOnes formula is built around strains that have demonstrated efficacy for a specific outcome — regularity, mood support, immune resilience, skin health, metabolic support, women’s gut health, children’s digestion, and more. The Ten Formulas
Each formula ships as a 30-day supply (30 capsules). One capsule per day is the standard protocol. Formulas can be taken individually or stacked; two per day is the maximum. Each capsule is vegan, gluten-free, and manufactured in an NSF-certified facility in the United States.

Why Targeted Over Broad-Spectrum?
Most probiotic supplements combine 10 to 30 strains in a single capsule. The assumption is that more strains equal more benefit. The clinical evidence does not support this assumption. Each formula is available as a one-time purchase or a Subscribe & Save subscription. Subscriptions ship every 30 days and can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time. Shipping and Returns
GoodOnes ships to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened bottles.
